Who hosts my Odoo environment?

Infomaniak provides the Swiss hosting infrastructure. You own and pay for your Infomaniak Jelastic account. CyberMountain manages the agreed platform lifecycle and operations.

Are Odoo licences and hosting included?

No. Odoo licences and Infomaniak usage are separate from CyberMountain managed services. Your proposal separates recurring management, one-time work and third-party costs.

How does the free 30-day trial start?

Send a trial request. We confirm your needs, the trial scope and the start date before setup. Submitting the request does not create a paid subscription or authorize a payment.

Can I add Stalwart and ONLYOFFICE?

Both are on our roadmap and can be discussed on request. Availability, licensing, scope and implementation are confirmed in a proposal.

Where are the datacenters on the map?

The map shows the Geneva region, with a schematic of Infomaniak DC2, DC3 and D4. It does not show exact facility addresses, live connectivity or a promise that your deployment spans all three.
